Primary Focus: Learn kitchen fundamentals, basic prep, sanitation, and how to successfully work 1–2 stations.Â
Core Responsibilities:Â
Assists all kitchen stations and supports daily operationsÂ
Learns and supports 1–2 stations under supervisionÂ
Receives and organizes deliveries and storage shelvesÂ
Follows FIFO, labeling, dating, and organization systemsÂ
Assists with basic prep, station setup, stocking, and cleaningÂ
Helps restock towels, paper goods, labels, and line suppliesÂ
Supports line sweeps, trash runs, and walk-in organizationÂ
Shadows experienced cooks to learn station standards and service flowÂ
Owns one small responsibility within the kitchenÂ
