The Director - Strategic Partnerships will lead the identification, evaluation, onboarding, and lifecycle management of third-party partnerships for the GIPC Ultrasound business. This role sits at the intersection of product, business development, engineering, and commercial teams, and is responsible for building a high-impact ecosystem of partners and ensuring successful commercialization and sustained value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy & Prioritization - Translate portfolio gaps and customer needs into a prioritized partnership roadmap.
  • Market Landscaping & Partner Identification - Lead market scans with marketing and regions to identify high-potential partners aligned to clinical, technical, and commercial priorities.
  • Partner Evaluation & Due Diligence - Drive cross-functional due diligence (product, engineering, regulatory, legal, clinical, commercial) and build business cases for partnership decisions.
  • Onboarding & Commercialization Readiness - Establish standard work for onboarding and coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure technical, regulatory, and commercial readiness.
  • Partnership Lifecycle & Performance Management - Own end-to-end 3P lifecycle management, including governance, relationship management, and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Operating Mechanisms - Drive operating rhythms and clear accountability between GEHC teams and partners to ensure aligned execution.
  • Commercial Activation & Growth - Partner with regions and commercial teams to embed partnerships into GTM and drive demand generation, pipeline, and sales execution.
  • Performance Tracking & Value Realization - Define KPIs, monitor commercial performance, and lead problem-solving to maximize revenue and customer impact.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience across partnerships, business development, product innovation, or service within healthcare, medtech, or digital health.
  • Proven experience establishing and scaling partner portfolio for a business.
  • Proven experience working across highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving financial outcomes

Desired

  • Experience in Digital, imaging, or clinical workflow solutions
  • Exposure to digital ecosystems, AI/analytics partnerships, and platform-based business models

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
