You will act as the thought leader for product and portfolio management activities, initiating and leading creative solutions across the 4Ps to win with customers and consumers. You will serve as a cross-functional leader, engaging and inspiring the extended team and managing resources and priorities to deliver against customer objectives, commercializing new products as well as achieving overall Company objectives.Essential FunctionsLead the marketing planning and commercialization process by analyzing complex business data and bid scenarios to develop a range of solutions for your assigned set of customers.Work within defined Stage Gate process to commercialize products from idea to shelf leveraging cross-functional colleagues.Partner with sales to understand key account strategies and identify and implement appropriate category management solutions for optimizing account performance and profitability.Lead the timely communication of assigned customer needs, strategic insights and initiatives between sales team and internal cross-functional team.Actively participates in the development of materials in support of retailer line reviews and customer specific selling stories. Work in partnership with the Insights team to analyze category data and competitive landscape to uncover insights, trends, and root cause of change in category performance and channel/ customer performance.Analyze business results and marketplace dynamics to maximize growth and profitability of all product lines, delivering against strategic and annual operating plan targets.Execute plans across all categories and channels in close partnership with sales, operations, research and development and other functions.Manage cross-functional priorities and resource allocation to achieve volume and profit targets.Perform other job-related duties as assigned.Qualifications (Education/Experience)Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or higher from an accredited university required.5+ years customer marketing/product/category management experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) food environment in either a B2B or B2C role.

(Experience in Club channel a plus)Applicable knowledge of syndicated data (Circana) and market research techniques.Strong business and financial acumen; previous P&L management experience/exposure highly preferred.Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to meet project timelines and communicate effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.Demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills. Ability to drive results with and through others is key to success in this role.Ability to create and transfer customer product strategy to deliverable action planAbility to create and assist in delivering presentations to customers based on data-driven insights.Strong communication skills, both written and oralAbility to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.Ability to work collaboratively with all cross-functional team members.
