Job description

Position Summary

The Director of Product & Business Management will report directly to the CEO and lead the growth of the company’s protein and deli product portfolio in the U.S. market.

This role will focus on:

  • Product portfolio strategy and management
  • New product development and commercialization
  • Consumer-driven innovation
  • Revenue, margin, and P&L performance
  • Cross-functional leadership across Sales, R&D, Operations, and Finance

The ideal candidate combines strong product management expertise with commercial acumen and a proven track record of driving profitable growth in food manufacturing or CPG environments.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Portfolio Strategy
  • Develop and execute portfolio growth strategies across protein and deli categories
  • Evaluate SKU performance and lead portfolio optimization initiatives
  • Identify market opportunities and category expansion strategies
  • Define pricing, positioning, and profitability targets for key product lines
2. Product Development & Innovation
  • Lead new product development from concept through commercialization
  • Translate consumer insights and market trends into innovation pipelines
  • Partner with R&D and Operations to accelerate product launches
  • Drive localization and adaptation of Korean-inspired protein products for the U.S. market
  • Manage stage-gate development processes and launch execution
3. Commercial & P&L Management
  • Own category-level revenue, margin, and profitability performance

Requirements

Required
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or category management within Food, CPG, or Consumer Products
