What you'll do:
As a Commercial Sales Director at QXO, you'll lead a sales team to drive project success, strengthen customer relationships, and streamline quoting and delivery operations.
Lead and manage the Commercial Sales Center team, ensuring balanced workloads and strong performance to meet project deadlines and service standards
Assign customers and sales reps to Commercial Sales Specialists to build productive relationships
Provide accurate and timely project quotes based on sales team pricing guidelines
Pursue ongoing product and system training to confidently address technical inquiries
Gain proficiency in Mincron, Logic Track, Salesforce, and Beacon Pro+ to clearly communicate their value
Break down customer orders based on material compatibility and shipping logistics
Collaborate with the sales team to secure competitive material pricing before placing orders
Coordinate with Supply Chain and branch managers to optimize truckloads and warehouse inventory
Develop and maintain project delivery schedules in partnership with the sales team and customers
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
Proficient in Mincron, Salesforce, Logic Track, and Beacon Pro Plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of exterior building products, including industry concepts, practices, and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Previous experience in sales operations, building materials, or customer service is strongly preferred
