OUR OPENING

We're growing and looking to add a Commercial Project Manager to our team. This role can be tailored to experience level, whether you're a seasoned Senior Project Manager or a Project Manager continuing to grow your career. This position will primarily support a mix of commercial and industrial projects, with opportunities to work on complex, large-scale builds depending on experience.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A COMMERCIAL PROJECT MANAGER?
  • Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration
  • Identify and manage project risks, changes, and cost impacts
  • Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentor and support team members (for senior-level candidates)
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION NEEDED
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience (PM level)
  • 10+ years for Senior Project Manager consideration
  • Experience managing commercial and/or industrial projects
  • Background in projects ranging from ~$10M to $100M+ preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES NEEDED
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, and cost control
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience with project management software/tools
