Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of mechanical projects, from planning and design through to execution and closeout.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and manage on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments regarding project status and performance.

Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment for project teams.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical project management, preferably in the commercial or industrial sectors.

Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion, on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and related trades.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and standard office software.
