Job Summary
We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Pewaukee, WI. This role is responsible for leading mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and related mechanical systems in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a project management professional who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating cross-functional teams, building strong customer relationships, and driving projects to successful completion. The position offers exposure to a variety of mechanical projects, collaboration with experienced field and office teams, and the opportunity to grow into a Senior Project Manager role depending on experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout, including planning, coordination, execution, and financial performance.
- Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Review and maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, correspondence, reports, logs, and closeout materials.
- Monitor project budgets, labor productivity, material costs, billings, forecasts, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as a primary customer contact, communicate project status, resolve issues, and identify change order or future project opportunities.
- Support safety, quality, operational standards, and continuous improvement across assigned projects.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $140,000 per year.
