Artemis Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Project Manager to oversee and execute large-scale commercial construction projects across multiple locations in various states for our partnered client. This role requires an experienced leader who can manage projects from pre-construction to completion while ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline adherence.


As a Commercial Project Manager, you will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality commercial builds. This role requires extensive travel, project oversight, and the ability to manage multiple job sites effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple commercial construction projects across various locations.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure all projects comply with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct on-site visits, inspections, and meetings to track progress and address challenges.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and financial forecasting.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and negotiate change orders when necessary.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years in commercial construction project management.
