The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects in the property industry, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budgets, and quality standards. This role is based in Pittsford and involves managing teams, schedules, and resources to deliver successful outcomes. Client Details A General Contractor located in Rochester. Description Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Manage budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any concerns. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes. Support the team in achieving project goals and maintaining excellent communication.
