Description
ITSC is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM Principal Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.
Duties
  • Participate in systems and software engineering meetings, presenting product development updates, providing technical analysis, failure review summaries, and making actionable recommendations.
  • Provide direct support to the lead for C2BMC algorithm development efforts.
  • Lead tasking and provide technical systems analysis of Sensor Resource Management/Battle Management (SRM/BM) for C2BMC.
  • Provide daily support to C2BMC Spiral and Agile Development and the C2BMC Product Integration Team (PIT) in all system-level performance assessment, verification, and validation activities associated with C2BMC mission application development.
  • Represent MDA/BC in product peer reviews, system design reviews (e.g., SRR, PDR, CDR), and prime contractor Agile Development workflow meetings as required to support C2BMC development, integration, test, and operations.

Knowledge/Experience
  • 12+ years of relevant experience required
  • Master's Degree in STEM required
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Proficient in system engineering and execution processes
  • Able to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
