Job Summary:
CloudFit Software is seeking Cloud Command and Control Engineers to join their growing Command and Control Center team in Lynchburg, VA. The role involves incident management and alerting, engaging with customers in critical situations, and providing leadership during major incidents.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor / backstop automation 24x7x365
• Engage customers via phone, email and tickets
• Provide Command and Control leadership on Major Incident Bridges
• Interface with customer and CloudFit executive management both proactively and reactively
• Support customers via phone, email, and tickets
Qualifications:
Required:
• Excellent customer service skills
• High level of adaptability and flexibility; able to multi-task and work on numerous projects simultaneously
• Excitement for working in a fast paced environment
• High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with others
• Ability to prioritize tasks/projects and handle critical situations efficiently
• Passion for working and communicating with necessary stakeholders (customers, team members, community members, etc.)
• Excellent communicator with great verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• High technical aptitude; ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
