COMINT Analyst

Seeking a COMINT analyst to be part of an IT team which manages a Global Analysis environment. They will be the authorities member for COMINT analysis activities. They will draft, develop, and document training for the analytical workflow. They will act as a Tier III operations support to the global analytical environment. They will work with various technologies to execute development, prototypes, and production tests as needed. They will work closely with the IT teams (Architect, Admin and Sustainment, Installers) on requirements and integration.

Duties and Responsibilities

        Success is defined by the ability to understand your path forward, effectively communicate that path, and complete the task inherent to that path in a timely matter

        Team member in an agile multiple disciplined team for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining a Global Analysis environment. Responsible for the certification of systems and applications.

        Identify and analyze the technical characteristics of signals, including their structure, parameters, and content. Evaluate, analyze, and document the signals and protocol environment of assigned accesses.

        Develop intelligence products, analytical assessments, and training & certification documentation.

        Closely work with Systems Engineers in the Analytical process and flow. Develop improvements and efficiencies in such processes. Act as Tier III operations support.

        Brief direction, updates, and solutions to teammates and customers

        Document work for the benefit of teammates, users, leadership, and posterity.

        Travel up to 10%

 Qualifications

        Active TS/SCI with ability to get a Poly

        Minimum 7+ years of related experience with Communications Intelligence (COMINT) collection and signals analysis

        Experience in analyzing and reporting technical characteristics of signals in the RF and digital domains to determine structure, parameters, content, and purpose

        Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or closely related field - work experience can be substituted in lieu of degree

        Experience with advanced SIGINT collection systems and platforms

        Experience with programming or scripting languages

        Experience in creating briefing material and reports.

        Experience in training and the creation of training material.

        Exceptional oral and written communication and briefing skills.
