Job description

Description: As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help the client understand the operational landscape and mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT). You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for targeters, warfighters, and policy makers. As the authority on your mission, the client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
Opportunity: This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skill set in intelligence collection. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver high-quality, sustainable results that drive success and efficiency in every project.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience with COMINT, PROFORMA, or Foreign Instrumentation Signals
    Intelligence (FISINT) collection and signals analysis
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a government agency such as the DoD
  • Experience with collection and signals analysis
  • Ability to analyze signals in the RF and digital domains to determine structure,
    parameters, content, and purpose
  • Ability to report technical characteristics of signals and maintain knowledge bases HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in a professional work environment, associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment
  • Completion of 450 or 460 Fundamental COMINT Signals Analysis courses
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Bonus Points:
  • Experience with INDOPACOM Intelligence problem sets
  • Experience in Cyber, Air, Naval, or Space domains
  • Experience with multiple intelligence disciplines
  • Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods
  • Completion of Military 451 and 461 Intermediate COMINT Signals Analysis, 452 Advanced COMINT Signals Analysis, or Intermediate PROFORMA Workshop (IPW) course

Clearance:
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
