Comeet automates and simplifies recruitment workflows, whereas recruiters perform the hands-on task of candidate sourcing and interviewing. Both are essential in the hiring ecosystem but serve different functions.

How does a recruiter typically collaborate with hiring managers and interview panels when using Comeet as an applicant tracking system?

Recruiters using Comeet work closely with hiring managers and interview panels by assigning roles, sharing candidate evaluations, and streamlining feedback collection within the platform. Comeet's collaborative features allow team members to review candidate profiles, leave comments, and participate in structured interview workflows, ensuring transparency and consistency throughout the hiring process. Regular communication and centralized documentation make it easier to align on hiring decisions and keep the process moving efficiently. This collaborative approach helps reduce miscommunication and enables faster, more informed hiring outcomes.
