What You'll Present 

The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning all dishware, keeping the kitchen clean, and helping prep food items in down time.

Responsibilities:

  • Always follows supervisors' direction
  • Empty trash bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surfaces, separate recyclables
    and properly dispose of grease.
  • Wash dishes and all cooking utensils, pots, pans, also clean kitchen equipment
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
  • Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
  • Complies with all sanitation and safety regulations and standards
  • Maintains a positive and respectful approach with everyone
  • Reports all unsafe working conditions, operational needs and equipment or aspects of the kitchen in
    need of repair to management
  • Opens and closes kitchen following standard specifications set by management
  • Other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior experience in restaurant preferred
  • Food Handler's Certification
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday
  • Ability to adhere to all company policies and the code of conduct
  • Exemplary time and resource management including good attendance
  • Ability to cope with fast-paced environments
