Job description

We are looking for Daylight Shift Warehouse Associates. This position is responsible for ensuring our customers' orders are completed and ready for delivery each day. This role involves various tasks including picking and packing orders, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and work with a sense of urgency.Schedule:Monday through Friday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm: Overtime & Weekends as neededDuties and Responsibilities:Some of your duties may include:Accurately pick, palletize, and prepare large orders according to established procedures.Use voice system technology (Vocollect) to receive directions and communicate with the system in all aspects of warehousing (receiving, put-away, replenishment and selection).Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and hand trucks.Securely wrapping, labeling and staging customer orders accurately.Conduct checks to ensure products meet quality standards and report discrepancies or damage.Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to management.Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including proper disposal of waste and ensuring clear access to emergency exits.Work effectively with other team members to ensure timely and efficient order processing.You'll need to be able to:Ability to stand/walk for extended periods as well as climb ladders as needed.Lift and carry objects up to 75 lbs. consistently and perform repetitive tasks.Work in a varying temperature environment.Wear steel-toed safety shoes and PPE equipment as required.Willingness and ability to work with products that may contain gluten, cheese, pine nuts and other food allergens.Requirements:Must be 18 years or older.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
