What You'll Do As a Technical Client Support Representative, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for customers needing technical assistance. You'll be trained on the tools and troubleshooting steps you need - your job is to bring great communication, patience, and a genuine desire to help. This is a full-time non-exempt position providing technical support to internal and external customers.

In this role, you will: Deliver exceptional support via phone, email, and web-based channels Take ownership of customer issues from first contact through resolution Learn to troubleshoot hardware, software, streaming, and connectivity issues (full training provided) Apply active listening and critical thinking to help identify effective solutions Guide customers through solutions with patience and professionalism Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately within ticketing systems Keep customers informed with timely updates on ticket status Escalate issues appropriately when needed, with support from experienced teammates Collaborate with your team to keep growing your technical skills and service quality Help create positive customer experiences, even in high-pressure situations What Makes You a Great Fit This role is ideal for people who are new to technical support but bring strong communication skills and a track record of showing up, working hard, and caring about the customer. We'll teach you the technical side - what matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
