LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Combat Control Instructor to join our team.
Location: Hurlburt Field, FL
Job Description:
The Combat Control Instructor provides advanced tactical instruction supporting Combat Controllers and Special Tactics personnel attending STTS programs. The instructor delivers training in air-ground integration, airfield operations, assault zone operations, close air support, communications, mission planning, and special operations tactics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct classroom and field instruction
  • Teach air-ground integration and CFF procedures
  • Support airborne operations
  • Conduct mission planning instruction
  • Participate in field exercises
  • Operate in austere training environments
  • Travel in support of training events
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years of experience as a USAF Combat Controller at the 7-level
  • Current FAA Class II Flight Physical

Desired Qualifications:
  • JTAC qualification
  • Instructor duty experience
  • Operational deployment experience
  • Advanced airfield operations experience
