·                     Lead formula and product development initiatives for thermoplastic color and additive masterbatches

·                     Perform precise color matching to meet client specifications and quality standards

·                     Execute compounding, dry blending, and masterbatch processing operations

·                     Ensure all products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements across multiple application sectors

·                     Support product development for construction, automotive, consumer products, and other key markets

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 5+ years of relevant industry experience
