The Graphic Designer plays an integral role within the sales and marketing team and is responsible for concept development, design execution, and final layout preparation for both print and web. This position provides design support for client projects as well as internal marketing initiatives. The designer is expected to uphold established Riot and client brand standards, maintain accuracy and consistency across all deliverables, and ensure artwork and image files are properly organized for easy access and future use.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced production environment. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work on time and according to specifications. The Graphic Designer reports directly to the local manager.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate with clients via E-Mail and other channels.
  • Provide daily status updates on all active projects.
  • Interpret and work from abstract designs, elevation plans, and blueprints.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, professionalism, accuracy, and communication.
  • Manage efficient transitions between jobs to support fast‑paced production workflows.
  • Work in a process‑oriented manner to reduce costs and increase efficiency for both the client and the company.
  • Contribute creative and practical design ideas for client projects and internal needs.
  • Perform proofreading and layout quality checks on all produced work.
  • Follow detailed written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
  • Report to work as scheduled and as required to support business operations.
  • Attend daily production meetings.
  • Work occasional late nights or weekends as needed based on project demands.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
