Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Color Developer with a strong foundation in textile knowledge, digital color measurement, and color development in apparel. This role supports global seasonal color development initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely commercialization, color quality, and innovation in digital color processes.

Responsibilities:
Execute seasonal color direction and ensure on-time lab dip approvals for buy-ready commercialization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Color Design, Textile Development, and Product Risk Engineering.
Guide vendors using digital color measurement and address color achievability concerns.
Mentor team members, onboard new hires, and contribute to color development best practices.
Research and lead innovation projects in digital color processes and systems improvement.
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Textiles, or related field (preferred); additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
Minimum 3 years' experience in color, textile, or product development.
Proven color development experience in apparel and understanding of textile construction and dyeing characteristics.
Ability to read and analyze spectral data; strong digital color review and colorfastness risk assessment skills.
Excellent detail orientation, reporting skills, and problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication and presentation skills; experience collaborating with global teams.
Must pass Munsell Hue test to confirm visual color acuity.
Strategic thinking with ability to manage multiple projects and navigate ambiguity
