Warehouse Associate

As aWarehouse Associate with Colony Hardware, you willbeginthe journey of bringing customer orders to life. To do thisyou willutilizeyourwillingness to produce high quality, detailed andaccuratework to ensure the mission toprovideexcellent customer service iscompleted.

A Little About Your Day:

• From day to day, you will handle all incoming merchandise by receiving, examining, sorting, organizing, and labeling them with appropriate stock and inventory control codes.
• You willsend all picked orders to the packing department after verifying all items are free of defects or damage, and then move the completed orders toappropriate shipmentlocations.
• Operating with a strong attention to detail, you will perform scheduled cycle counts of product for inventory and enter all data manually to ensure all information is updated.
• To maximize accuracy, you will unpack items to be stocked on shelves and load trucks with packed orders following a set of specific instructions and/or procedures in an organized and specified sequence.

What You'll Need for Success

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving or packaging environment
• Ability tolift upto 50lbsunassisted.
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical work
• Experience working with RF Scanners

• Ability to navigate computer applications and websites
• Prior experienceoperatingone of the following: Sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, cherry picker, or pallet jack.
