General Manager โ€“ Colony Roofing
Atlanta | Full-Time | Hybrid
About Colony Roofing
At Colony Roofing, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality roofing solutions for multifamily, commercial, and residential customers. Built on a foundation of integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service, we've established ourselves as a trusted partner throughout the markets we serve.
Our Atlanta branch is an established operation with a strong foundation and significant opportunity for continued growth. We're looking for an experienced General Manager to help lead the next chapter of that growth by combining operational excellence, business development, and team leadership.
The Opportunity
As the General Manager, you will oversee branch performance, profitability, and growth while leading a team of project managers, sales professionals, and operational staff. This is a hands-on leadership roleโ€”not a desk-only position.
The ideal General Manager will lead from the front by participating in business development activities, inspecting opportunities, supporting project teams, and driving operational excellence. You'll be responsible for balancing sales growth, project execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while partnering with a strong team of functional leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities as General Manager
  • Lead branch operations, sales performance, and overall profitability as the General Manager

  • Drive business development efforts and build relationships with commercial, multifamily, and residential customers
  • Partner with project managers to ensure successful project execution, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct site visits, evaluate opportunities, and support project planning activities
  • Manage branch budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance
  • Develop and improve operational processes that support growth and efficiency
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing team members
  • Collaborate with company leadership to achieve strategic and financial objectives
What You Bring
  • Experience as a General Manager, Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or senior leader within roofing, construction, or a related industry
  • Strong background in both commercial and residential roofing
  • Experience managing large-scale commercial or multifamily roofing projects valued at $500,000-$600,000+
  • Proven success leading teams, managing profitability, and driving business growth
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management experience
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • A process-driven, hands-on leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $90,000-$120,000

  • Performance-Based Bonus Program
  • Eligibility for Colony Roofing's Management Incentive Program (MIP)

  • Company Vehicle and Expense Reimbursement
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, and more)
  • Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay
  • Professional Growth and Leadership Development Opportunities
Why Join Colony Roofing?
This is a unique opportunity for a General Manager to lead an established branch that still has significant runway for growth. You'll have the autonomy to make an impact, the support of an experienced leadership team, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing operation.
If you're a hands-on roofing leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, growing revenue, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you!

Flexible work from home options available.
