Colonial Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing facility in Crown, Point, IN.
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of care, monitoring and evaluating the outcome of practice and standards of care, and providing direct nursing care in a self-directed manner.
Rate: Up to $38/ hour based on experience PLUS shift differentials for 2nd/3rd
Available Shifts:
  • Part Time All Shifts
  • PRN 10p-6a

  • Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse of this state
  • Must be 18 years and older
