Pro-Tops, Inc. is a growing multi-site stone fabrication company serving customers across the Carolinas. We are expanding our finance team and are ready to hire without delay. If you are an experienced billing and collections leader who enjoys building order out of complexity, we want to speak with you this week.

What You Will Do•      Lead the daily Accounts Receivable and billing operation across Retail, Commercial, Cabinets, Builder Relations, and Design Studio accounts.
•      Manage invoicing, collections, aging, and month-end activities, and ensure billing accuracy before invoices reach customers.
•      Prepare Accounts Receivable forecasts and give leadership clear visibility into cash flow.
•      Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, training materials, and workflow documentation.
•      Train, coach, and mentor Accounts Receivable team members and support their growth.
•      Manage the billing lifecycle for Commercial Projects, including lien waivers, and coordinate collections.
•      Partner across Accounting, Sales, Order Entry, Installers, Warranty, and Commercial Operations to keep billing accurate and on time.
 
What We Are Looking For•      Five or more years of Accounts Receivable or billing experience, including supervisory or lead responsibility.
•      Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel; construction, fabrication, or project-based billing experience is a strong plus.
•      Solid knowledge of invoicing, collections, aging management, and month-end close.
•      Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to improve processes and lead a team.
•      A dependable home office with reliable high-speed internet and availability during Eastern Time business hours.
