What You’ll Do:

  • Talk with consumers to help them understand their accounts and find solutions
  • Offer payment options such as full balance payment and payment plans.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Accurately document interactions in our systems
  • Meet performance goals (with support and coaching along the way)

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build trust and work through sensitive conversations
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
  • A reliable, detail-oriented work style

Work-From-Home Requirements:

  • Must reside in: FL, MO, SC, or VA
  • Quiet, private workspace
  • High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
  • Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
  • Must meet tech requirements before training begins
