Join the HOTWORX® Team! We are a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio. The first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access and unlimited sessions ranging from Isometrics like Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Core and Hot Bands to HIIT like Hot Cycle and Hot Blast. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

Your Role

As a Trainer Sales Associate, you are responsible for providing superior customer service, attracting and driving prospective members into the studio, continually increasing the membership base, and creating a friendly, clean, positive and motivating environment to retain members.

Your Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed all studio goals: membership sales, retail sales, revenue, retention, and cost management
  • Provide superior customer service by creating and maintaining a positive, motivating and clean studio environment. Assist members during their visits by providing warm greetings for each visit, answering their questions, providing proper sauna and workout instructions, answer all post-workout questions and provide suggestions on gear, hydration and other retail items
  • Regularly interact with members to obtain, assess, and address feedback. We strive for 5- star reviews!
  • Drive lead generation and membership sales through marketing, networking, and outside sales and business development efforts.
  • Assist General Manager in social media engagement posts, promotions and on-going ad campaigns by providing insight on results, ideas and more to increase traffic and promote online engagement.
  • Use online platforms and software for customer relations management (CRM) processes, point of sale (POS) for membership sales, billing and collections, as well as for email and texting campaigns
  • Keep the studio, bathrooms, saunas and all equipment tidy, clean and in good working order.
  • Complete all required training, both online and in-person
  • Follow and enforce all studio policies and procedures

Requirements

  • An affinity and passion for health, wellness and fitness
  • Experience in retail sales, fitness sales, or hospitality (preferred)
  • BA or BS degree (preferred)
  • Proficient in using online platforms and software such as POS, CRM, payroll systems and QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via email
  • Ability to excite, engage, motivate and influence others
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
