Job Objective:

APEX Career Services is seeking a dynamic part time independent contractor, friendly and organized entry level Administrative Assistant to perform office support activities to CEO. As an Admin Assistant your role is to field inbound calls, make outbound calls, track data on spreadsheets, communicate by email, and all duties listed below under job duties.
