Job description

We need a Treasury Operations Manager who can lead people, create accountability, and bring multiple teams together around a common way of working. You will model operational excellence, using data, process improvement, and problem-solving skills to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and deliver consistent results.
You will lead an Accounts Receivable operation responsible for premium collections, payment application, account reconciliation, and recovery activities that support customers, agents, and partners. The team includes both in-office and remote employees across multiple operating companies, requiring a leader who can create consistency, build accountability, and unite teams around a common way of working.
You will report to a Senior Manager, Treasury.
In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 50 miles of Madison, WI 53783.

Position Compensation Range:
$80,000.00 - $131,000.00

  • Demonstrated experience with escheat process or accounts receivable guidelines and state laws.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Solid understanding of the cash flows of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of risk mitigation of fraud in Accounts Receivable.
  • Travel - Up to 10%.
