Lancaster County Motors Quality Pre-Owned dealership on the Manheim Pike in Lancaster is hiring a Finance Manager.The Finance Manager plays a vital role in the success of our dealership and is responsible for managing the financing and delivery process from sale to final paperwork. In a high-volume environment selling approximately 100 used vehicles per month, the Finance Manager will review and confirm agreed-upon sales figures, ensure deals are accurately structured, and prepare salespeople to effectively communicate available products and services to customers.The Finance Manager will meet with customers to understand their individual needs, present financing options and protection products that provide meaningful value, obtain credit approvals, and complete all required finance and delivery documentation. The Finance Manager is also responsible for maintaining strong relationships with lenders and ensuring every transaction is processed accurately and efficiently.Above all, the Finance Manager must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to strict legal and regulatory compliance

The ideal candidate understands that long-term customer relationships and dealership success are built on transparent, ethical, and consistent business practices. Job Duties Include: Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties. Converts cash deals to finance.

Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval. Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner. Processes all federal, state and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions.

Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new vehicle and used vehicle and finance department. Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner. Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting

Acquires and maintains current state insurance license, completing continuing credit insurance education as needed. Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. Set up and maintains a programs which will ensure 100 percent turnover to the finance department.

Provides sales force and sales managers with current information about finance and lease programs continually. Works with sales managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale. Ensures collection of all finance fees.

Works closely with finance director to establish sales department goals and objectives and ensures that they are achieved. Handles all rate quotations. Develops and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Processes salespersons' "end of month" commission sheets for accounting office payroll. Maintains a professional appearance. Attends sales meetings.

Performs other duties as assigned.
