WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Collections Strategy Manager is responsible for supporting Collections strategy through datadriven analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional initiative execution. This role leads defined workstreams in partnership with internal stakeholders, including IT, Compliance, and third-party vendors, to evaluate business processes, identify operational improvement opportunities, support testing strategies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. This role also supports structured problem-solving and operational performance improvement efforts that help strengthen individual, team, and departmental outcomes.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Lead defined Collections strategy workstreams and support department-level initiatives from planning through implementation, including project coordination, scheduling, tracking, reporting, user acceptance testing, business validation, and post-implementation review. Partner closely with IT, Compliance, and third-party vendors to support effective execution and business alignment.
Analyze Collections processes, procedures, and systems to identify operational improvement opportunities. Develop data-driven recommendations and support implementation of strategies that improve process effectiveness, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
Support Collections strategy testing by developing, designing, and implementing A/B tests to evaluate operational activities, measure outcomes, and inform data-driven business decisions.
Support operational coaching and structured problem-solving efforts by partnering with leaders and stakeholders to identify performance gaps, co-create solutions, and improve individual, team, and departmental outcomes.
