Job description

MUST BE BILINGUAL

THIS POSITION IS PART TIME 3-5 DAYS A MONTH WITH WEEKENDS REQUIRED

PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB POSITION

The primary purpose of your job position is to perform UA collection processes for men according to guidelines set forth in federal contract.

This position has a flexible Part-time schedule, with UA collections on different days each month.  The normal pattern is one 12-hour day and one 4-hour day per collection with a minimum of three collection cycles per month. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out UA collection procedures for men on designated days / times.

Complete required documentation in a timely manner.

Order supplies as needed to ensure steady continuation of services.

Provide support to Outpatient clients as needed.

Inform Outpatient staff of significant interactions with client on an Incident Report Form or other communication system as directed.

Notify Supervisor in the event of a crisis.

Assist with document filing as requested.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports directly to the Lead Collection Staff and Outpatient Program Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of High School or GED required.

Reliable transportation

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY:

Possess good communication skills.

Observes client confidentiality requirements.

Adhere to facility Policies and Procedures.

*Demonstrate good interpersonal relationship skills with clients and staff members.
