America's Car-Mart is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Collections Representative to join our organization. If you have a background in collections, strong communication skills, and a commitment to achieving targets, we want you on our team. As a Field Collections Representative at America's Car-Mart, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our business while providing excellent customer service to our valued customers. Upon becoming a new Account Representative, you will have the chance to engage in a bonus plan with a potential monthly value of up to $425. Your eligibility to participate begins on the first day of the month following your start date, and the bonus will be disbursed in the subsequent month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to customers' locations for collections purposes
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement options with customers
  • Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport and address customer concerns
  • Document all customer interactions and update collection records
