Job description

Promotions Coordinator Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage day-to-day sales strategy in the categories of promotion, engagement, and conversion.
  • Work with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Promotions Manager on strategies and initiatives that drive sales.
  • Lead the venue’s field marketing activities and promotions including office, hotel, convention, and other outreach programs.
  • Work with the operations team to encourage venue staff to drive data collection through all avenues.
  • Work with all management to plan and execute data collection through a 30, 60, and 90-day calendar plan.
  • Actively increase assigned venue's database to achieve goals.
  • Submit weekly sales sheets reports.
  • Educate venue staff on sales initiatives and promotional outings to ensure their participation. 
  • Assist with social event bookings including Birthday Parties, Bottle Service, Happy Hour, sports watch parties, etc. upon request from management.
  • Set up and host weekly party check-ins.
  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure the best experience.  

Promotions Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a hospitality and/or sales or marketing setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be savvy in marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Must be highly organized, reliable and able to keep information secure.
  • Able to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Promotions Coordinator position requires the ability to perform the following:

  • Frequently standing up or moving within and outside of the facility.
  • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Bending, stooping, kneeling.
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
