Collection Manager, Senior
The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers.
On our team, you will assist in developing collection strategies, postures, and plans that help commanders and analysts close intelligence gaps and improve decision advantage. You will apply expertise across intelligence collection disciplines to design integrated, multi-INT collection approaches that support priority intelligence requirements. You will work closely with planners, analysts, and operations personnel to align sensors, platforms, and reporting mechanisms with mission objectives. You will help evaluate collection effectiveness, identify shortfalls, and recommend adjustments to optimize ISR coverage. Your work will strengthen the integration of collection operations into broader intelligence processes, ensuring that the right information reaches decision-makers at the right time.

You Have:
  • Experience with ISR operations or intelligence planning
  • Experience developing collection requirements, strategies, or plans to address intelligence and information gaps
  • Experience coordinating with multi-INT stakeholders across GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, or cyber collection disciplines
  • Experience evaluating collection performance or assisting in the assessment of ISR tasking, reporting, or sensor alignment
  • Ability to translate intelligence gaps into specific, measurable collection requirements
  • Ability to integrate collection planning with operational or targeting workflows
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience in supporting intelligence collection management or Master's degree with 10+ years of experience in supporting intelligence collection management

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience at the CCMD or Military Service level
  • Knowledge of ISR asset capabilities, limitations, and processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) workflows
  • Knowledge of joint intelligence processes, collection management doctrine, and ISR enterprise capabilities
  • Knowledge of the relationships between intelligence requirements, sensor tasking, collection operations, and reporting

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
