Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Program Manager, Supplier Data & Integration leads the team and workflows responsible for supplier data, pricing, item setup, and supplier integrations across the ERP, eCommerce, and internal systems. This hands-on role owns operational execution, data governance, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to improve data quality, reduce manual work, and support scalable supplier integration processes.

This is a remote position that requires occasional travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Merriam, KS for in-person collaboration, training, and special projects. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supplier Data & Pricing Operations
  • Manage supplier onboarding into standardized data, pricing, purchase order, and content workflows.

  • Communicate supplier data standards and ensure compliance.

  • Own the scheduling, validation, and accuracy of supplier price file updates.

  • Partner with Procurement to align pricing updates with sourcing strategies and timelines.

  • Work with the Supplier Integration Engineer on data ingestion, mapping, testing, and exception resolution across the supplier data lifecycle.

  • Coordinate testing and onboarding of order-related data feeds.

  • Monitor data accuracy and escalate recurring issues impacting Procurement, Operations, or customer experience.

Product Data Governance & Item Operations
  • Own product data standards, including attributes, taxonomy, validation rules, and documentation.

  • Oversee item creation and item maintenance workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

  • Ensure product data is aligned across suppliers, ERP, and eCommerce platforms.

  • Maintain SOPs and data governance guidelines.

Program & Process Management
  • Own end-to-end supplier data workflows from intake through system availability.

  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline processes, and reduce manual work.

  • Track and report KPIs such as onboarding cycle time, pricing accuracy, data completeness, and workflow performance.

  • Coordinate priorities across Procurement, eCommerce, Marketing, and IT.

Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and support a small specialized team, including the Supplier Integration Engineer, Item Creation Specialist, and eCommerce Content Manager.

  • Set clear priorities, expectations, and accountability aligned with business needs.

  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development support.

  • Partner with Procurement leadership, eCommerce and Marketing, and IT on system configuration, automation, and integration support.

  • Communicate risks, dependencies, progress, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:Preferred Experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience in supplier operations, product data management, supply chain operations, business analysis, or a related field.

  • Experience working with large, structured product data, including attributes, taxonomy, pricing files, and validation rules.

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, PIM tools, automated data ingestion, or supplier integration processes including configuration and more technical functionality.

  • Strong process documentation, workflow improvement, and cross-functional project management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-moving environment.

  • Experience working with technical teams using SQL, XML, JSON, EDI, APIs, or similar data formats.

  • Familiarity with eCommerce content, product enrichment, or SEO-supporting data.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED WORK HOURS:
This is a full-time position with a typical work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however hours may vary based on business needs. This is a remote position that requires occasional travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Merriam, KS for in-person collaboration, training, or special projects. There may be times where there is an expectation to work extended hours as dictated by business needs.
