The Role
As a Weekend High Reach Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' products are received, stored, picked, and shipped safely and accurately. RLS provides the tools, training, and support needed to become a cold chain expert.

Schedule
Friday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
Although these are the estimated range of hours, it is important to note that there is NO DEFINED END TIME for this role. We end the day when the work is completed.

Core Responsibilities
High Reach Forklift Operators are a key part of the customer experience, responsible for handling product safely and accurately in accordance with RLS standard operating procedures.
  • Operate high reach forklifts and other powered industrial trucks
  • Count freight received and shipped; verify against Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Identify and document count variances; obtain required driver signatures
  • Prepare overage, shortage, and damage reports
  • Select and stage outbound product for shipment
  • Meet performance metrics established by the Warehouse Manager
  • Pallet wrapping is a significant and regular part of this role

  • Previous high reach forklift experience required
