We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support transportation operations and improve performance and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain logistics, business, business analytics, and mathematics or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or freight operations required
  • Experience in food service purchasing preferred
  • Strong internal and external communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including reporting, analysis, formulas, and data management
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with operations teams, transportation providers, and leadership
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, and analyze transportation and supply chain data
  • Develop and maintain transportation performance reports and metrics
  • Communicate regularly with internal departments and external providers
  • Identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and reduce costs
  • Support transportation projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support operational decisions
