Epic Personnel Partners is hiring a SCIT Supervisor in Brighton, CO!

Cold Storage SCIT Supervisor: Oversee the operations of a cold storage facility's Supply Chain and Inventory Team (SCIT). Your responsibilities might include managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, optimizing storage space, ensuring proper handling of perishable goods, and implementing safety protocols.

Salary: $57,784 - $60,000 / YR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory tracking, storage, and movement; maintain accurate records and prevent shrinkage.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and transport providers for timely delivery; manage logistics and resolve issues.
  • Lead and manage warehouse staff; provide training and performance feedback.
  • Implement quality control measures; monitor conditions, inspect shipments, and maintain sanitation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; conduct inspections and mitigate risks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements; streamline operations and increase productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse management or supply chain logistics; cold storage experience is desirable.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a warehouse team.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure efficient operations.
  • Keen attention to detail for accurate inventory management and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to quickly identify and solve issues within the supply chain or warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with cold chain logistics, including temperature-controlled storage and handling.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
