What you'll do

As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring ATI delivers the right product, on time, in full, every time-safely, legally, and at the optimal cost.

You will own the end-to-end execution of global shipments, acting as the central coordination point across customers, suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. This role requires strong operational discipline, deep export knowledge, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities include:End-to-end logistics execution 

Own On-Time, In-Full  delivery performance across all shipments
Manage booking, container planning, and freight coordination across ocean, drayage, and cold-chain providers

Ensure seamless execution from order readiness through to final delivery

Compliance & regulatory management
  • Ensure all export documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with U.S. and destination-country requirements
  • Oversee preparation and validation of:
    • Commercial invoices
    • Packing lists
    • Certificates of origin (COO)
    • Health certificates
    • Bills of lading
  • Minimize risk of delays, penalties, or customs rejections
Cost management & carrier performance
  • Manage freight cost optimization, including:
    • Rate negotiations
    • Shipment consolidations
    • Validation of accessorial charges
  • Monitor carrier performance and drive accountability on service levels
  • Support logistics budgeting and cost visibility
Cross-functional coordination & communication
  • Act as the central communication hub across:
    • Customers
    • Suppliers
    • Freight forwarders and carriers
    • Internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance)
  • Provide proactive updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Issue resolution & operational problem-solving
  • Quickly resolve shipment disruptions including:
    • Carrier delays
    • Port congestion
    • Temperature excursions (cold chain)
    • Customs or documentation issues
  • Make data-driven decisions to minimize impact on cost and delivery timelines
Process discipline & documentation accuracy
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and process consistency
  • Ensure all documentation, rate confirmations, and shipment records are complete and audit-ready
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and reduce risk

Requirements

  • Proven experience in international logistics, export operations, or supply chain management
