Job description

The Perry Group is a premier Zillow Flex Partner in Utah. We are not looking for students or cold-callers; we are looking for closers.

What We Provide:

  1. Zillow Flex Leads: Skip the prospecting. We connect you directly with ready-to-transact buyers via live transfer.
  2. Transaction Coordination: We handle the paperwork so you can focus on showing homes and negotiating contracts.
  3. No Desk Fees: We run a lean, efficient operation designed to maximize your net income.
  4. Mentorship Growth: Proven systems to help you scale from 1-2 deals a month to 3-5+ consistently.


Requirements:

  1. ACTIVE UTAH REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED. (OR if you are currently in school)
  2. Experience Preferred: A track record of 3+ closed transactions in the last 12 months is highly preferred.
  3. Availability: Real estate happens on weekends and evenings. You must be available to show homes when buyers are looking.
  4. Tech Savvy: Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in our CRM and respond to leads instantly.


Responsibilities:

  1. Answer live tour requests immediately and convert them into appointments.
  2. Conduct property market analysis and advise clients on offer strategies.
  3. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements.
  4. Guide clients from contract to close with the support of our TC team.


Compensation:

  1. $75,000 - $200,000+ (Commission Based)
  2. Competitive splits with zero franchise fees.
