Cold Callers In Mexico

We are hiring disciplined cold callers in Mexico to generate qualified leads for the US residential solar market. This role is 100 percent execution focused. You will be making high-volume outbound calls, following a strict script, qualifying homeowners, and booking appointments accurately.

This is not a casual calling role. Performance is tracked daily. Accuracy matters.

You will be responsible for outbound lead generation only.

Your day-to-day work includes:

  • Making high-volume outbound calls to US homeowners
  • Following approved scripts word-for-word
  • Identifying qualified prospects based on clear criteria
  • Booking appointments accurately into the system
  • Applying correct call dispositions every time
  • Maintaining call quality and compliance standards
  • Hitting daily and weekly call and booking targets
