JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Jaho Coffee Roaster. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and converting wholesale accounts, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices, and other businesses. Your primary goal is to drive revenue growth by expanding our wholesale customer base, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring our high-quality coffee products are the preferred choice for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify and Target Prospective Clients: Research and identify potential wholesale clients, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices, and other relevant businesses. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective accounts.

Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique qualities and benefits of our coffee & catering offerings. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs and preferences of each prospect.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing any concerns or needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale with potential clients. Ensure all agreements align with company policies and profitability goals.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including progress towards targets, conversion rates, and client feedback. Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through ongoing service.

Attend Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our client base.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest coffee products, brewing techniques, and industry advancements. Use this knowledge to educate clients and provide exceptional service.


Qualifications:


Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry or related fields. Experience with wholesale accounts is a plus.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.

Knowledge: Familiarity with the coffee industry, including an understanding of coffee sourcing, roasting, and brewing techniques, is highly desirable.
