General Manager - Scooter's Coffee

Are you Amazing? We want YOU! Scooter’s Coffee is hiring at our Edgewood Rd. SW location in Cedar Rapids. We are looking for an amazing Store Manager to drive sales and lead a team of baristas to be Amazing!

Earning a paycheck is fine but having fun doing it and looking forward to coming to work is a game changer. We are seeking a General Manager (a.k.a. Chief Cheerleader, Boss Barista, Director of People Development, Head Customer Advocate) to partner with us in creating the best darn coffee business for our customers.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, operations, team member engagement, creating RAVING FANS (the customers), and the financial performance of your location.

Qualifications and Requirements:

·       Associate’s degree in management or related field preferred

·       2+ years of customer service experience required

·       Must have interpersonal communication skills
