Job description

Florence Coffee Co Whitefish is looking for multiple baristas to join our team to work our 12-6:30pm shift. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. 3 days a week minimum required availability and weekend availability is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Serving customers
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
  • Accurately handle cash register operations

Qualifications

  • High integrity with a great attendance record
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment
