Job Summary:

The Greens at Gastonia, a premier skilled nursing facility in Gastonia, North Carolina, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. As a key leadership role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the building's survey readiness, overseeing life safety systems, preventative maintenance, and compliance standards.
