We are seeking a detail‑oriented and capable individual with a strong interest in leveraging the TeamDesk low‑code platform to solve complex business challenges. Ideal candidates are comfortable learning new technologies, analyzing processes, and developing efficient, user‑friendly solutions that support operational excellence. If you are naturally inquisitive, adept at troubleshooting, and self-motivated by continuous improvement, this role will allow you to apply those strengths daily.

As part of a small, fast‑paced team, you will play an integral role in supporting and customizing low-code database solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. Our environment offers broad responsibility, autonomy, and meaningful variety. You will contribute to solution design, system optimization, documentation, and client support, ensuring our platforms remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Implementation, administration, and improvement of a low-code system.

- Create and update documentation as needed for new products and features.

- Design queries and reports.

- Design and create workflow triggers and actions.

- Able to meet deadlines and work within Agile framework.

- Develop and enhance the UI experience.

- Manage support questions from customers.

- Virtual meetings with customer base as needed.

- Assist with migrating data from other systems.

- Develop innovative features that customers will use to better track their data.

- Assist in proactive process improvement, automation, and planning.

- Integration between the low-code system and other systems.

Skills:

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Verifiable ability to solve complex problems in a logically, yet flexible and creative manner.

- Preference given to experienced TeamDesk Administrator or similar low-code relational database platform.

- Experience with ERP, CRM and/or Field Service Management platforms or similar.

- Experience with APIs, Webhooks, JSON, REST and/or Python.

- Experience in Customer Support.

- Experience working with ticketing systems.

- Data Security minded.

- Familiarity with ETL processes.

- Intermediate Excel skills to include VLookups and Pivot tables.

- Experience with integration and deployment.

- Experience automating, scripting, and streamlining processes for efficiencies.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

- Associate’s degree in business administration or computer science or two years of job-related work experience required.

Location:

- Hybrid role. Must be able to work at onsite location in Indianapolis, IN as needed.

Physical Requirements:

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
