Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows using Power Platform tools including Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop), Power Apps, and Dataverse.
  • Develop connectors and API integrations with enterprise systems and third-party services.
  • Lead client discovery sessions and gather business requirements to inform design decisions.
  • Create reusable components and templates for enterprise-wide use.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and user training activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure delivery of business value.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for low-code solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Proficiency in building complex flows using Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop.
  • Experience developing enterprise-grade applications and integrating with APIs, databases, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and performance considerations in low-code environments.
  • Proven success in client-facing roles, including the ability to lead requirements gathering, present technical solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400).
  • Experience with Azure Logic Apps, PowerShell, or C# scripting.
  • Familiarity with RPA concepts and intelligent automation tools.
  • Background in consulting, professional services, or enterprise IT environments.
