Position Overview
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer & Administrator to support mission-critical government systems and cloud modernization initiatives. This role is responsible for administering Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise environments, implementing secure CI/CD automation, managing cloud governance, and supporting enterprise modernization efforts within regulated environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure DevOps administration, GitHub Enterprise, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipeline engineering, cloud security, and DevOps best practices.
