Job Description Summary:

The Senior Manager, Creative - CCTM is responsible for driving creative strategy & excellence across all consumer touchpoints for key initiatives on the Coca-Cola brand in North America. This position combines strategic leadership with creative direction, overseeing the development of compelling brand narratives, innovative communication solutions, immersive brand experiences, and effective retail execution. The role requires managing agency partners and collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to deliver multi-platform creative solutions that elevate brand storytelling and consumer engagement. This position plays a critical role in shaping the creative strategy that defines how Coca-Cola brands connect with consumers across all touchpoints, from packaging to digital experiences and retail environments.

What You'll Do for Us

Lead creative vision and excellence across all Coca-Cola brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency, and innovation in brand expression.

Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies that drive brand narrative and storytelling across consumer touchpoints including video, audio, OOH, digital, brand experiences, and retail environments.

Manage agency relationships and creative partnerships, providing strategic & creative direction, ensuring high-quality creative outputs that align with brand objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand management, product development, e2e media, human insights, design, EPICs, and commercial teams to integrate creative solutions across the business.

Drive digital-first (and AI-enabled) creative experiences and content development that engage consumers and enhance brand connection in the evolving media landscape.

Oversee creative project management and execution, ensuring timely delivery of multi-platform creative campaigns while maintaining brand standards and creative excellence.

Influence stakeholders at all levels to champion innovative creative approaches and gain alignment on creative strategy and execution.

Lead the evolution of brand systems and creative frameworks that support scalable, consistent brand experiences across markets and channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

8+ years of experience in creative leadership, strategy, or creative direction roles within brand-focused organizations, agencies, or consumer goods companies

Bachelor's degree in creative disciplines, marketing, communications, or related fields

Proven track record of developing and executing impactful cohesive creative strategies that spread across multiple platforms and consumer touchpoints

Demonstrated expertise in leading content with strong portfolio showcasing a high level of creative excellence

Strong agency management experience with ability to brief, direct, and evaluate creative partners effectively

Advanced understanding of digital-first creative approaches and content development for modern consumer engagement

Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders

Strategic thinker with ability to translate brand objectives into compelling creative solutions and narratives

Project management capabilities with experience managing multiple complex creative initiatives simultaneously

Understanding of brand storytelling, design, retail execution, and experiential brand activations

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate creative vision to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
