Coating Operator

We are seeking an Associate Tech for an on-site position in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This full-time temporary role offers the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance and business needs. The position supports varied production and operational activities in a fast-paced work environment where accuracy, teamwork, and consistent execution are important. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The selected candidate should have at least one year of experience and be prepared to perform hands-on tasks that involve assembly, quality control, and maintaining steady productivity throughout the shift. This role is well suited for someone who can work effectively with a team, follow instructions carefully, and contribute to daily operations in a reliable manner.
