Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations and ensuring the efficient and timely flow of goods in and out of the facility.

Key responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
- Train, mentor, and coach warehouse staff to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained at all times
- Implement and enforce warehouse health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that arise
